Trades Executive Round Table
Today small business leaders need to overcome more challenges than anytime in recent memory. There is more competition for fewer customers who are trying to keep their money in their pockets. This program was developed to not only help participating businesses deal with their day-to-day fires and nagging issues, but also to help set a strategic direction that will help owners reach the personal and business goals. We will focus on:
- What makes your business unique
- Identifying your ideal target customer
- Creatively reaching your target customer with a compelling offer
- Generating more business
- Generating fresh thinking
- Making better decisions
- Seizing opportunities for immediate results
- Developing your employees
- How to clone yourself, so you can do more
- Whether to expend your scope through acquisition or partnership
- And more…
We are offering an introductory price that is a deep discount from what we normally charge. All we ask is that you give yourself a chance by committing to at least 1/2 the program (4 biweekly group sessions and 2 monthly one-to-one sessions). If at that time, you don’t feel that the value you have recieved is higher than what you paid, please don’t feel compelled to continue. Just as the group will help you be accountable to your goals, we should also be held accountable to deliver value.
You may pay buy check or credit card (see below) prior to the first meeting.
