Hello world!

Welcome.
When I first interact with clients, all they do is go from one fire to another. The first think I do is get them out of fire fighting mode!
I intend to use this blog to capture pearls of wisdom, best practices and common situations that I hope you find helpful. As my website and business cards say, I focus my consulting on managment improvement, employee motivation, sales, marketing and overall business strategy. I expect my postings to fall into one of these categories.
